EMFC:
Eastern Montana Fertilizer Company (EMFC) is a U.S.-based, veteran-led clean manufacturing venture restoring American fertilizer independence. Developed by Cyan H2 and engineered by KBR, EMFC will produce 650,000 metric tons of low-carbon urea each year. This domestic production replaces imported supply and strengthens national security, rural economies, and the agricultural sector. With secured offtake through 2044, strong institutional backing, and a de-risked development path, EMFC positions Montana as a national hub for sustainable agricultural inputs.
